The
Russian River Charter School is a small, vibrant community of 9th - 12th
grade students, parents and educators who work collaboratively to help
students develop leadership capacities, self-motivation and a life-long
love for higher-level learning.
Russian River Charter
School helps students learn important life skills in the areas of communication,
self-governance, enjoyment of fine and practical arts, and personal ethics
that will serve them well beyond their high-school years. The integration
of academic units offers hands on learning experiences while building
and strengthening traditional classroom skills.
In an environment
of mutual respect, non-violence and consensus building, students
develop their abilities to think critically, achieve high academic
and behavior standards, participate passionately and responsibly
in the community, maintain a high college entrance rate and develop
a commitment to lifelong learning.
In future
months, we hope to add a school events calendar, staff biographies,
parent resources and more.
